At TSP, compensation depends on a wide range of factors, including individual effort, profits, and market forces. Every year, we conduct extensive market research to ensure the compensation offered is as competitive as possible; however, certain positions have pay that is heavily influenced by customer bill rates. In those situations, we make every effort to address compensation at every renewal cycle, and at all times, advocate for the best possible solution for both our employee and our customer.
